We want you to love your Grey Bandit finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit to shop for something new.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
